The Ideathon Brand Experience Manager role in a nutshell:-
Ideathon is a unique win-win experience. It inspires leaders to generate ideas that will change people’s lives and make a real difference to the charity. It’s also designed to help leaders reflect deeply on their own ability to drive innovation and creative collaboration in their own team and organisation.
We are now looking for a Brand Experience Manager to support the growth and delivery of Ideathon.
Once here you will work on:
Strategy and creating opportunities
Contribute to the process of setting our marketing strategy and plan to grow our programme of Ideathon experiences.
Own, organise and seamlessly orchestrate the resources, processes and conversations that ensure each Ideathon experience is meaningful, memorable and life changing.
Charity relationship management
Actively engaging with the charities on the Ideathon programme and help them to maximise the potential of their involvement.
Articulation of the Ideathon brand and what makes it unique
Capture insights and shape stories that thoughtfully express and showcase the Ideathon experience with both existing and new client relationships.
Design compelling client proposals, presentations and meetings that bring the Ideathon experience to life and always be on the lookout for new ways to engage with clients and charities.
Relevant experience and mindset:
You’re a proactive, flexible team player with great interpersonal skills who relishes the opportunity to work with leaders from major brands and charities. This role requires creativity, business acumen and client empathy. You bring at least 3 – 5 years of experience in areas such as business development, consulting, marketing/communications and brand strategy. Additional superpowers might include:
- Genuinely motivated by making a real difference to people’s lives.
- A passion for brands, marketing and communications.
- Experience working in a brand or an agency environment – ideally with a client service background.
- Building relationships and connections inside an outside of an organisation.
- Proven track record of creating and managing brand experiences.
- Able to build and sustain momentum, and keep an eye on the big picture whilst managing details.
- Relishes working with a variety of personalities and leadership styles at all levels of an organisations.
- Takes the initiative and loves to make things happen.
