THE LEARNING EXPERIENCE

There are key ingredients to developing collaborative capability that cannot be simply picked up from a book or a business school lecture - core elements that need to be seen and experienced to be fully understood. Challenge24 enables this to happen. The programme includes a facilitated work session and individual leadership feedback. It is designed to give leaders the skills, confidence and self-awareness of the impact they can have on their business and those around them by actively collaborating more effectively.
