real challenges

The Director of a leading charity is able to harness the creativity and innovative ideas of a group of graduates to solve a live complex strategic challenge, bringing new perspectives and fresh ideas.

“Absolutely fantastic ideas, I really want to thank you for your commitment and your energy”

SPONSOR

“Some of the ideas that we came up with as a group felt like they could have been genuinely game changing, I don't believe that we could have thought of them without the collaboration process.”

PARTICIPANT

“You got it really quickly, you got the challenge, you got us, you got the message and just ran with it and that was really inspirational”

SPONSOR

“It is so easy to have group activities/meetings with everyone engaged in other matters (such as laptops/emails!!), but when everyone focusses towards a shared goal the output is phenomenal.”

PARTICIPANT

“It was fantastic being able to learn while actually creating something worthwhile at the same time. I really believe in the 8-step process and look forward to putting it into action in my day to day job.”
