Pippa joined The Collaboration Company in 2006 to work alongside Miles to develop collaborative solutions for people and organisations. Pippa previously worked at the global brand communications consultancy – The Marketing Store Worldwide – where she spent 8 years perfecting her account management, client relationship and marketing skills.
Pippa’s initial role at The Collaboration Company was project leader where she was responsible for the smooth running of all projects and events and overseeing the team. In her current role, not only does she facilitate collaboration workshops but Pippa also ensures the business runs efficiently. She works closely with the project management teams to deliver exceptional collaborative workshop experiences for our clients.
Pippa lives in Warwickshire with her husband Jonathan and young daughter Sophia. She can often be seen running around the local lanes whilst exercising herself; sometimes with her rather large dog in tow and often with Sophia on her bike and on occasions all three together which is always entertaining!
FOUNDER & CEO
Miles has led the growth of The Collaboration Company from a start-up into a globally recognised specialist collaboration consultancy. He has seen at close hand a huge range of collaboration programmes and projects across a variety of clients, sectors and geographies.
Miles works with senior leaders who are similarly excited and inspired by the potential of collaboration but often stuck as to how to make it happen. These experiences mean Miles’ advice reflects the realities of collaboration and he is increasingly asked to speak to boards, companies and at conferences on topics such as leadership in the age of collaboration, building collaborative cultures and capability and personal creative confidence.
Prior to The Collaboration Company, Miles worked his way up through the ranks at global brand communications consultancy The Marketing Store Worldwide ending up as CEO for Europe, Middle East and Africa. He worked closely with brands including Unilever, Walmart and McDonald’s.
Miles lives in Leicestershire with his wife Tiffany and his three children, who rate his hard earned certificate as a LEGO Serious Play Facilitator as his standout career highlight.

Coming from the world of theatre, Saul has been applying his adapted skills in business for the last twenty years. He appreciates the importance of collaboration, having experienced its advantages first-hand in business, the arts and education, across a diverse range of projects in the UK, Europe and America.
From his very first foray into the business world he was hooked, realising that his background offered a unique way in to helping people in business build better relationships, develop their innovation and communications, as well as explore and appreciate their customer’s insights and perspectives first-hand.
He has a magpie-like interest in how people learn, behave and work together and enjoys applying those discoveries in the design and delivery of bespoke, experiential client projects, conferences and events. He’s written and produced audio-guided city walks for senior energy sector leaders to help them contemplate the future of IT; developed an interactive public engagement campaign about water conservation using Angry Gnomes and created a “blind-dining” experience to help senior leaders in an FMCG organisation better appreciate their snacking offer.
He lives in Hertfordshire with his wife, their two wonderful, noisy boys and their whiffie (not quite whippet, not quite staffie) dog. He’s an accidental Guinness World Record holder, the least likely owner of a marathon medal and is an associate artist at Shakespeare’s Globe theatre.
