We went to Cornwall this summer for our Bourne Leisure Challenge24. We had two great days with senior leaders from various companies including TUI, Fullers, Heathrow, Visa, Santander, David Lloyd Leisure, NATS, Johnson Matthey, Highland Spring, BTG, and ASDA. They came together in sunny Cornwall at Perran Sands Holiday Park.
The groups collaborative challenge was to generate fresh ideas to a big strategic challenge around consistency in service at peak times. Take a look at some snippets from the session to see what its all about.
